Khuong Dinh Ward operates two-level government urgently and orderly

The meeting announced resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People's Council on personnel holding temporary positions of the People's Council and People's Committee of Khuong Dinh ward; resolutions of the Standing Committee of the ward People's Council on personnel of the People's Council Committees after the arrangement as a basis for the ward People's Council to consider and resolve contents under its authority.

Next, the Ward People's Council passed a resolution on the establishment of the Ward People's Council Committees, term I, 2021-2026; a resolution on the plan to organize regular meetings in 2025 of the Ward People's Council; and approved the Project on the establishment of specialized departments under the Ward People's Committee.

Emphasizing that this is the first meeting after the arrangement and is historic, the decisions are a solid premise for Khuong Dinh ward to continue developing, Chairman of Khuong Dinh Ward People's Council Vo Dang Dung requested the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees, Khuong Dinh Ward People's Committee, specialized departments, and units to quickly develop regulations and specific work programs to effectively implement the new model with high political determination.

On the first day of operating the two-level local government model, Khuong Dinh ward operated in an orderly and urgent manner. The stages of receiving, processing documents, and guiding people were carried out according to a unified and transparent process, creating peace of mind and trust for people when coming to do administrative procedures.

People highly appreciate the dedicated guidance and quick processing procedures at the Khuong Dinh ward public administrative service point. The responsible and friendly working spirit of the staff and civil servants has created sympathy with people coming to do administrative procedures.

Mr. Do Xuan Quynh (65 years old) said that he has high expectations for innovation in the way local government operates under the two-tier model. "I hope that all administrative work and procedures will become better and better. I am truly full of hope for a different change, when the government operates more and more effectively, closer to the people, for the people," Mr. Quynh shared.

With the drastic participation of the entire political system and the tireless efforts of each cadre and civil servant, the two-level local government model in Khuong Dinh ward has been operating smoothly and effectively since July 1, 2025.
