During the past term, the Party Committee of the Corporation has strived to overcome difficulties, promoted the spirit of solidarity and innovation, and comprehensively completed the set goals:
• Leaders carry out political tasks: production activity targets are all achieved and exceeded. Competitiveness, brand and reputation are significantly enhanced.
• Party building work: focus on political and ideologicaleducation , studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; synchronously deploy organizational work, cadres, inspection and supervision, and mass mobilization work.
• Union activities: continue to be promoted effectively, organize many emulation movements, social activities, connect workers and build a strong corporate culture.
Pay special attention to the leadership and direction of the organization, building and rectification of the Party, the work of cadres and the building of the contingent of Party members; innovate, arrange, develop and improve the operational efficiency of the apparatus of the General Corporation; the work of training and fostering outstanding masses, fostering new Party members; the work of training and fostering political and professional skills for the contingent of cadres planning the Party Committee to meet the requirements of developing new Party members in the General Corporation and the production and business activities of the General Corporation.
Appreciating the results that the Party Committee of the General Corporation has achieved in the past term, comrade Tran Ho Bac - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the General Corporation emphasized the need to highlight the achievements that each Department at the General Corporation has achieved and contributed to the successful implementation of the term plan of the entire General Corporation; requesting the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the General Corporation for the 2025-2030 term to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, excellently complete the tasks assigned by the General Corporation, maintain the title of a clean and strong Party Committee in all aspects. At the same time, the General Corporation must play a leading role in the governance model, leading in investment, leading in innovation, focusing on capital increase of the General Corporation and its Units, and centralizing legal work.

The Congress voted to elect the Party Executive Committee for the 4th term, 2025-2030, and the Delegation to attend the 8th PTSC Corporation Party Congress, 2025-2030 term.
As a result, the Congress elected a new Executive Committee of 07 comrades and a Delegation to attend the PTSC Corporation Party Congress of 19 official comrades and 02 alternate comrades.
At the 1st Conference, the Party Executive Committee of the Corporation's Office elected comrade Do Huy The - Member of the Standing Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee, Head of the Human Resources Management Board to continue holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation's Office for the 2025-2030 term.

Immediately after the end of the Congress, the new Party Committee will focus on leading the development of specific action plans and programs to soon put the Congress Resolution into practice. In particular, special attention will be paid to key tasks such as:

• Promote digital transformation, improve internal management, increase productivity and labor efficiency.
• Building a team of cadres with courage, ethics, qualifications and capacity to meet new requirements.
