Immediately, information and images of this restaurant quickly spread on many social networking platforms and received many comments from netizens. Many people are curious about the restaurant's operations recently, when the dish of se dieu is becoming the focus of many diners.

Not long ago, the dish of se dieu intestines suddenly caused a fierce controversy on social networks with suspicions that it was "magically" made from normal pig intestines and soaked in chemicals that are harmful to health. Many diners who "love" to eat this dish cannot hide their worries.

How is Long Chat restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City now?

According to Thanh Nien this afternoon, May 29, this restaurant on Hong Lac Street (Tan Binh District) is still closed tightly, showing no signs of operation. However, unlike the images shared on social networks this morning, the "house for rent" sign posted in front is no longer there.

A resident living next to this restaurant said that the restaurant has not been operating and has stopped receiving customers for a long time. According to this person, before it stopped operating, there was a time when the restaurant had many customers coming to eat.

In front of this restaurant, there are two notice boards with the title: "Thank you letter and sincere apology to customers", in which, the content is as follows:

"First of all, we at Long Chat would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our customers and partners for your interest, support and trust in us over the past time. We also sincerely apologize for the recent unclear information that has caused confusion, affecting the experience and trust of our customers."

The announcement also said the restaurant "faced a serious media crisis" that led to many orders being placed and canceled, many personal comments being made, staff being psychologically affected and having to take temporary leave, and families and staff falling into a state of insecurity.

"And the most heartbreaking thing is that the facility at 268 Hong Lac is forced to stop operating," the notice posted in front of the restaurant clearly stated. In addition, the restaurant also affirmed the quality of its dishes.

Previously on May 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety said it was still unable to take samples of the tobacco core from this facility for testing because the shop reported it was out of stock.
