A resident living next to this restaurant said that the restaurant has not been operating and has stopped receiving customers for a long time. According to this person, before it stopped operating, there was a time when the restaurant had many customers coming to eat.

In front of this restaurant, there are two notice boards with the title: "Thank you letter and sincere apology to customers", in which, the content is as follows:

"First of all, we at Long Chat would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our customers and partners for your interest, support and trust in us over the past time. Previously on May 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety said it was still unable to take samples of the tobacco core from this facility for testing because the shop reported it was out of stock.
