On the afternoon of November 22, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department chaired the Conference to disseminate and summarize Resolution 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently" to key leaders, senior experts, and main experts of the Department.

Identify the work contents that need priority, the roadmap, steps clearly, specifically and coordinate smoothly in implementation, ensuring the apparatus operates continuously, smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

Synchronously carry out the streamlining of the organizational apparatus in conjunction with restructuring the staff with sufficient qualities and capacity to meet the tasks. Carry out rotation, transfer, and evaluation of staff in a practical manner, for the purpose of finding people.

Pay special attention to political and ideological work, promote the spirit of solidarity, unity and consensus within the Board, "unanimity from top to bottom", "unanimity from top to bottom"; the spirit of bravely sacrificing personal interests for the common good. Ensure the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers affected by the organizational arrangement.

Specifying the method of implementing the Resolution, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia said that first of all, it is necessary to promote the collective intelligence of the entire Board, especially the Board leaders, the Party Committee of the agency, the heads of departments, and the heads of the units in the Board.
