Attending the Conference were comrade Dao Trong Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; representatives of leaders of the city's departments and branches; leaders of Ngo Quyen district through the periods and representatives of grassroots party organizations, typical individuals in the district Party Committee.
This reprint of the book History of Ngo Quyen District Party Committee (1930-2025) is compiled on the basis of the book History of Ngo Quyen District Party Committee for the period 1930-2015, with many valuable documents revised and supplemented and new content compiled for the period 2015-2025. This is a book of historical and scientific value, both practical and theoretical; demonstrating the formation and development process of Ngo Quyen District Party Committee associated with the historical stages of the Vietnamese revolution. At the same time, it highlights the achievements and important contributions of the District Party Committee in the cause of building and defending the homeland and the country.
Regarding the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo , over the past 10 years, Ngo Quyen district has always been a locality that seriously and systematically implemented the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Studying and following Uncle Ho has become a routine, becoming a voluntary action of each cadre and party member and spreading widely among all classes of people, contributing to the successful implementation of local political tasks. The district Party Committee was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee for outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2024. On this occasion, the district commended 18 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period of 2016-2024.
The Political Contest "Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2025" in Ngo Quyen District attracted 6,773 entries (an increase of 49.3% compared to 2024), with all components and classes actively responding, from students to 98-year-old Party members, 62-year-old Party members, people of residential groups, agencies and units in the district. Many typical units have a large number of entries with highly appreciated quality such as: Gia Vien Ward Party Committee, May Chai Ward Party Committee, Lach Tray Ward Party Committee, Thai Phien High School Party Committee, Lac Vien Secondary School, Da Nang Secondary School, Chu Van An Primary School, Dang Giang Primary School, Sao Sang 4 Kindergarten.
At the Conference, Ngo Quyen District leaders awarded certificates to 33 authors and groups of authors whose works were highly appreciated in the contest; and at the same time commended and rewarded 10 collectives and 10 individuals with achievements in implementing the contest.
On this occasion, 12 outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in performing tasks contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister.
