This time, 13 households participated in the lottery to arrange resettlement and allocate residential land with land use fees, including: 1 resettlement spot for the main household; 11 resettlement spots for secondary households; 1 residential land spot with land use fees. The resettlement land fund is arranged at the resettlement area of ​​the resettlement and urban improvement project in the area of ​​alley 226 Le Lai, May Chai ward, Ngo Quyen district.

According to the plan, the resettlement area of ​​the resettlement and urban beautification project in lane 226 Le Lai has a total of 244 plots, of which the resettlement fund is allocated to 13 households under Component Project 2 - Land recovery, compensation, and site clearance support under the Nguyen Trai Bridge Construction and Urban Beautification Project in the surrounding area, including 13 plots.

The resettlement arrangement and land allocation with payment must ensure publicity, transparency, fairness and objectivity. Households that are arranged for resettlement and land allocation can only draw lots once. In case the land user does not come to draw lots (absent without reason), Gia Vien Ward People's Committee will send a representative to draw lots instead (ensuring publicity and transparency).

Priority is given to people whose land is recovered to hand over the site early (hand over the site 180 days before the date the District People's Committee issues the Land Recovery Notice) and people with revolutionary contributions are drawn into a group position one level higher.
