At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House on the top of De Pass (Phu Dinh Commune), General Phan Van Giang and the delegation respectfully offered incense to express their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people, the founder and trainer of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, fighting for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world.
Before his spirit, the delegates vowed to be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, to unite as one, to promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, to be determined to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern army, ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks, and firmly protect the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.

Next, the delegation offered incense to commemorate General Vo Nguyen Giap at the Pu Don Hill Historical Site (also known as Phong Tuong Hill). This is the place that marked the important historical event when President Ho Chi Minh conferred the rank of General on Comrade Vo Nguyen Giap during the resistance war against French colonialism.
The delegation also offered incense at the Bao Bien hamlet relic site, Bao Linh commune (now Dinh Hoa commune), where General Vo Nguyen Giap lived and worked during the resistance war.

On the same day, the delegation visited the relic site of the establishment of the General Command of the Vietnam People's Army and the Memorial Site of General Hoang Van Thai, the first Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
At the revolutionary historical relics, the working delegation of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and leaders of Thai Nguyen and Tuyen Quang provinces planted souvenir trees and took care of trees in the premises of sites associated with the history of the Vietnam People's Army at the ATK Dinh Hoa National Special Historical Relic Site.
On this occasion, the General Staff presented 300 gifts to outstanding policy families in ATK Dinh Hoa communes.
Along with that, sports exchange activities between officers and soldiers of the General Staff and local people were organized enthusiastically with two sports: pickleball and women's volleyball, attracting a large number of people to participate and cheer.
On the same evening, at ATK Dinh Hoa Square, an art exchange program took place with the theme "Source of glory".
