Promoting “The Land of Wonders” tourism to the Nepal market

(To Quoc) - The famtrip delegation, representing Nepalese travel companies and Singapore Airlines, visited and surveyed some famous tourist destinations in Quang Nam province and Da Nang city, and met and connected with tourism businesses in these two localities.


According to the Quang Nam Province Tourism Promotion Center, from November 22 to 24, the Quang Nam Province Tourism Promotion Center coordinated with Singapore Airlines and related units to welcome a Nepalese famtrip delegation to visit and survey tourism in Quang Nam - Da Nang .

Accordingly, the famtrip delegation consisted of 12 members representing Nepalese travel companies and Singapore Airlines. Within the framework of the program, the delegation visited and surveyed a number of famous tourist destinations in Quang Nam province and Da Nang city such as Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary, Bay Mau Coconut Forest, Hoi An Memory Island, Ngu Hanh Son scenic spot, Ba Na Hills and surveyed accommodation facilities and restaurants. In addition, the delegation members also met and connected with tourism businesses in Quang Nam and Da Nang.

Mr. Melvin Tanct, General Director of Nepal - Singapore Airlines said that after the famtrip, Nepalese travel companies will build tour packages operated by Singapore Airlines on flights from Nepal to Singapore and from Singapore to Vietnam.

Tourists will fly from Kathmandu to Singapore, then connect to Da Nang. Currently, there are 14 flights/week from Singapore and Da Nang and 7 flights/week from Singapore and Kathmandu./.
