At the same time, coordinate with professional units and consult with relevant parties to organize the implementation of the task of "Updating climate assessment of Quang Binh province", thereby more clearly identifying the level of impact of climate change in the locality, proposing appropriate, effective and feasible adaptation solutions.

The workshop is an opportunity for delegates to discuss and share solutions to promote climate change mitigation efforts in Quang Binh province in the coming time.
Previously, from June 9-11, the Department of Agriculture and Environment in coordination with the Center for Climate Change Adaptation and Carbon Neutrality, the Department of Climate Change organized training courses on "Greenhouse gas inventory, developing plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protect the ozone layer" for 800 delegates who are environmental officers, production units, and enterprises in 8 districts, towns, and cities in the province.
Through the training course, we aim to update the latest legal regulations related to greenhouse gas inventory - one of the mandatory tasks according to the national roadmap; exchange and share experiences in conducting inventory and developing emission reduction plans suitable to local conditions.
