On the morning of February 7, Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision to establish Party Committees of Provincial Party agencies, Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and personnel work.
Attending the conference were comrades: Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung. Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh
At the conference, comrade Phan Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee, announced the following decisions: Decision to end the activities of the Party Executive Committee, Party Delegation, Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies; Decision to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Decision to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Decision to transfer the Party organization and Party members; Decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee, the Party Secretary, the Deputy Party Secretary of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term; Decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee, the Party Secretary, the Deputy Party Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
According to the Decision on establishing the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, the Party Executive Committee was appointed to consist of 21 members; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term consisted of 6 members. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
According to the Decision on establishing the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies under the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee was appointed to consist of 22 members and the Standing Committee to consist of 9 members. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Duc Dung, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the participation and contributions of the Party delegations and Party Executive Committees of the province in the past time, affirming the role of the Party Executive Committee and Party delegations in actively contributing to the completion of political targets and tasks, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Quang Nam.
Quang Nam Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet also emphasized the importance of establishing the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committees and the Provincial People's Committee at this conference, shifting from the traditional model to a new leadership model and method, setting out many important tasks under the direct leadership of the two units. Therefore, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested the agencies to pay attention to promoting the role of responsibility and dedication in perfecting personnel and organizing the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently right from mid-February 2025.
