Provincial Party Committee Conference prepares for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On the afternoon of September 18, Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Lu Van Hung; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai; Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Quoc Viet; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy chaired a conference on preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The conference approved the report of the Provincial Party Standing Committee asking for opinions on the draft political report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term to be submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term; the review report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; the Resolution of the 1st Ca Mau Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term; the action program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, delegates requested the drafting department to study and fully absorb the opinions of the Politburo to complete the draft documents; in which, the Congress theme needs to be edited more concisely; for action programs, it is necessary to arrange the order of priority and roadmap for implementation in the context of limited resources; at the same time, add projects to arrange riverside housing, develop vocational education , manage and use surface water for production and daily life, and projects to promote the province's strengths.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai requested members of the Provincial Party Committee to continue to study, review, and give comments so that the Congress Document Subcommittee can complete the draft documents, closely and carefully prepare the contents to be submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; at the same time, proactively lead and direct the development of draft programs, plans, and projects within the scope of the sector, field, unit, and locality in charge to implement the action program of the Provincial Party Committee immediately after the Congress.
