5. Approval of the overall project on innovation and reorganization of provincial and district-level apparatus

The overall project on innovation and reorganization of the provincial and district-level apparatus of Quang Nam province was approved at the expanded Provincial Party Committee Conference held on December 25.

The project aims to reorganize and innovate the apparatus to ensure “streamlining-efficiency-effectiveness-efficiency” associated with restructuring and building a team of cadres and civil servants with reasonable numbers, qualities, capacity, prestige, meeting the requirements in the new situation. Accordingly, many provincial agencies and units must complete the dissolution, termination of operations, reorganization, and merger from February 20, 2025.

According to Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, this is a revolution full of difficulties and challenges, requiring solidarity, unity, and determination so that implementation can be carried out quickly, actively, and effectively. Streamlining the apparatus is not a mechanical reduction, but aims to build a streamlined apparatus that operates effectively and efficiently, serving the people better.
