Quang Nam continues to remove obstacles in Bach Dat An real estate project

On the afternoon of April 16, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province Le Van Dung chaired a meeting with citizens to resolve difficulties in real estate projects invested by Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company. Attending the meeting was Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province Tran Nam Hung.

This is a meeting where the Provincial People's Committee leaders proactively invited people and businesses to discuss solutions to continue implementing the project, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.

In 2017, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company signed a contract with Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company to distribute about 1,100 land lots in 3 projects including: Bach Dat 1 Urban Area, 7B Urban Area Expansion and Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area in Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province. The two sides had a dispute, went to court and caused more than 1,000 customers not to receive land use right certificates (LURCs) as committed. Up to now, these 3 projects are still stuck in compensation and site clearance. This incident has been directed by the leaders of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee many times to remove obstacles to create conditions for the investor to restore the business registration certificate; extend the completion time to continue implementing the above projects.

To ensure the rights of the people, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung proposed to divide the investment to implement the project. At the same time, he agreed to sign the investment division to implement the Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area project because the people who are the customers of this project all agree on the above policy. For the remaining two projects, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung assigned Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company and the Distribution Company to work with the people to commit to implementing the investment division, then the province will agree on the division policy to implement the project.

Speaking at the meeting with the people, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung said that the case has had many positive developments up to this point, the two enterprises, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company and Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company, are coordinating well with the authorities to remove bottlenecks to continue implementing the project.

According to Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung, through the dialogues, the people have also coordinated well with the enterprises, aiming at the ultimate goal of receiving the Land Use Right Certificate. Most of the remaining work to complete the project belongs to the investor. The government continues to direct and coordinate with the enterprises to continue to accelerate the project implementation progress, divide the investment, and implement the project in a rolling manner, to soon issue the Land Use Right Certificate to the people.
