Quang Ngai leads the country in online payments

(QNgTV) - Quang Ngai province has made a breakthrough and drastically implemented cashless payment solutions in administrative procedure settlement. This method has brought many conveniences to organizations and individuals in carrying out administrative procedures.

According to the assessment results of online payment indicators published on the National Public Service Portal, the rate of online payment records in Quang Ngai province over the years, especially in the last months of 2023, has accelerated and made a strong breakthrough. The number of records generating online payment transactions in 2024 increased nearly 3 times and the online payment rate increased by more than 10% compared to the same period in 2023.

Continuously from October 2023 to August 2024, Quang Ngai province has always ranked 1st out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of online payment. The total amount of online payment via the National Public Service Portal in the whole province since its implementation has reached more than 250 billion VND, with more than 460,750 transactions.

As of the first 6 months of 2025, the rate of online payment records of Quang Ngai province assessed on the National Public Service Portal reached 74.96%, ranked 13th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
