Halong Bay sightseeing boat will go to Bai Tu Long Bay to serve guests departing from Ao Tien port.

According to the People's Committee of Van Don District, in the coming time, Quang Ninh province will have more new tourism products on Bai Tu Long Bay, departing from Ao Tien Port. To have means of transporting passengers, the authorities called on ships operating in the Ha Long Bay area to come and serve.

Mr. Truong Manh Hung, Secretary of Van Don District Party Committee, said that businesses tend to build new ships to serve tourists. However, building new ships will only be considered after a period of evaluating the effectiveness of exploiting this new tourist route and balancing the province's policy of spreading tourist ships from Ha Long Bay to Bai Tu Long Bay.

Quang Ninh Department of Tourism has proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to recognize 5 sightseeing routes on Bai Tu Long Bay; of which 2 sightseeing routes on Bai Tu Long Bay departing from Ao Tien international port can be put into operation immediately:

Route 1: Ao Tien Port - Phat Co Cave - pearl farming (Dan Da Island) - Qua Island - Lao Vong culvert - Dua Island - Minh Chau Island - Ao Tien Port; total journey 53 km.

Route 2: Ao Tien Port - Tay Hoi Island - Meo Luoi Islet - Sen Village - Nha Tro Cave - Ao Tien Port; total journey 30 km.

The launch of two new sea tourism routes not only promotes the effectiveness of the high-class Ao Tien port (Van Don district), but also contributes to diversifying new sea tourism products, reducing the density of visitors in tourist areas: Bai Chay, Tuan Chau (Ha Long city, Quang Ninh).
