The art program "Ha Long 2025 - Heritage spirit, bright future" is expected to take place on October 30, 2025 at October 30 Square (Ha Long ward), broadcast live on QTV channel of Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio, Television and rebroadcast on many TV channels nationwide.

That is the information in the Plan to organize the Ha Long 2025 Art Program (concert) recently issued by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.

With the theme "Ha Long 2025 - Heritage Spirit", the art program was organized to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2025) to review the historical traditions, construction and development of the province. Honor the great and comprehensive achievements of Quang Ninh province after 62 years of construction and development, especially the breakthroughs in socio -economic development, national defense, security and foreign affairs. Encourage and arouse the pride, love for the homeland, the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and aspirations of cadres, party members, and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh to successfully implement the Resolution of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, build Quang Ninh rich, civilized, modern, happy, and become a centrally-run city before 2030.

The art program "Ha Long 2025 - Heritage Spirit, Bright Future" is expected to take place from 20:00 to 22:00 on October 30, 2025 at October 30 Square (Ha Long Ward), broadcast live on QTV channel of Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio, Television and rebroadcast on many TV channels nationwide. The program is expected to attract about 30,000 delegates, people and domestic and international tourists.

The program is expected to feature a grand art performance, applying 3D mapping projection technology, along with a spectacular high-altitude fireworks display.
