To develop these types of tourism, the city's tourism industry needs unified planning and clear management decentralization. In addition, it is necessary to strictly manage the environment and ecology, and manage it closely with the local community because this is not only tourism management but also resource, community and urban management.

According to Chairman of the Da Nang Tourism Association Cao Tri Dung, Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the construction and development of Da Nang city to 2030, with a vision to 2045, identifies the need for a policy to prioritize resources, focusing on developing 5 key areas of the city, in which priority is given to developing tourism and high-quality services associated with resort real estate. Decision No. 147/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the strategy for developing Vietnam's tourism to 2030 identifies that by 2030, tourism will truly be a key economic sector and develop sustainably.

From the above major policies, the city has proposed a number of orientations in tourism development to meet the increasing needs of tourists such as the orientation of forming key spaces to develop high-quality and high-end tourism such as: East coast tourism space develops high-end luxury resorts; forming a night-time economic center and high-end tourism services. Central urban tourism space (along the Han River), "airport urban" space and tourist seaport: orienting the development of night-time economy, high-quality 24/7 services; diversifying tourism products to catch up with customer trends, increasing rich experiences at destinations. Especially speeding up anti-pollution projects on beaches and bathing areas; paying attention to creating public spaces in the direction of integrating parks, beaches and entertainment areas, helping tourists and residents have green spaces to relax, enjoy the sea air...

Head of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches management board Nguyen Duc Vu said that in addition to the current 4-5 star resorts at Da Nang beaches, there are also entertainment, sea sports and culinary services to meet the increasing needs of tourists. In addition to activities taking place during the day, implementing the city's policy of encouraging businesses to develop night activities to enhance the experience for tourists; the tourism industry is submitting to the city a management plan, encouraging entertainment complexes to invest, add new tourism products and renew existing products. The management board will closely monitor the activities of service exploitation enterprises to ensure exploitation within the assigned scope and functions; ensure security, order, environmental sanitation and safety for people and tourists to have fun and swim.
