(MPI) - The Minister of Planning and Investment has just signed and issued Circular No. 06/2025/TT-BKHĐT regulating the form of documents related to special investment procedures.

Accordingly, the Circular stipulates the document templates related to special investment procedures prescribed in Article 36a of the Investment Law, amended and supplemented in Clause 8, Article 2 of Law No. 57/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, the Law on Investment, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model and the Law on Bidding and Point c, Clause 2, Article 6 of Law No. 57/2024/QH15.

Regarding the subjects of application, including: Investors carrying out investment activities in Vietnam; State agencies competent in investment management for investment activities in Vietnam; Other organizations and individuals related to investment activities in Vietnam.

Regarding sample documents related to special investment procedures, including: Sample documents applicable to investors; Sample documents applicable to state management agencies on investment.

This Circular stipulates the competent state management authority for investment activities in Vietnam, investors carrying out investment activities in Vietnam and related organizations and individuals responsible for implementing this Circular.

During the implementation process, if the legal documents cited in this Circular are amended, supplemented or replaced, the newly amended, supplemented or replaced legal documents shall be implemented.

This Circular takes effect from February 12, 2025./.
