Planning experts believe that after the merger of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan provinces, in addition to meeting the needs of transportation, water supply and drainage, and electricity supply, urban social infrastructure planning must create the best service environment for people and be suitable for the province's socio-economic development requirements and other technical and economic regulations.
In particular, urban construction and development, and the organization of living space for people must be synchronous in both technical and social infrastructure.
