At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 135 scholarships, including 50 Vu A Dinh scholarships for ethnic minority students, 55 scholarships from the "For Hoang Sa - Truong Sa Beloved" Club for students who are children of fishermen in difficult circumstances, and 30 scholarships for students of the Central Ethnic University Preparatory School in Nha Trang (each worth 1 million VND).

Speaking at the ceremony, former Vice President Truong My Hoa said that the scholarships aim to share and encourage students with difficult circumstances to have more motivation to strive in their studies. In the coming time, the fund will continue to mobilize organizations and individuals to contribute and support to have more sources of support for students in the country in general and Khanh Hoa province in particular.
