- Pursuant to Decision No. 157/QD-NHNNCN-KV8 dated March 26, 2025.

- Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024.

Now the credit fund changes the charter capital at point 3 of the Operating License to VND 20,108,350,000 (Twenty billion, one hundred and eight million, three hundred and fifty thousand dong).

The time of change to February 21, 2025 increased due to additional capital contributions from QTD members. Therefore, Quynh Xuan Ward People's Credit Fund would like to inform members to know and monitor during the operation process.
