Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam periodically receives citizens in May 2025

Today, May 26, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam chaired the regular citizen reception session for May 2025. Attending the citizen reception session were leaders of departments and branches; leaders of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities where citizens came to make recommendations and feedback.

At the meeting, 24 citizens came to reflect and make recommendations related to 23 cases, including 6 first-time recommendations.

The recommendations are mainly related to the land sector such as granting land use right certificates; allocating land according to legally effective judgments; compensation and support for site clearance; violations in land management; handing over site after winning the auction; resolving land disputes... In addition, there are a number of recommendations related to the enforcement of legally effective judgments, recommendations for resolving regimes and policies for people with meritorious services.

At the citizen reception session, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam acknowledged the citizens' petitions and requested leaders of departments, branches and localities to report in detail the process of receiving and resolving citizens' petitions.

For repeated recommendations, leaders of departments, branches and localities are required to continue reviewing, focusing on checking the current status, properly applying legal regulations to ensure the legitimate rights of citizens, and resolving within the deadline; in cases beyond authority, it is necessary to promptly submit a written recommendation to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

For first-time recommendations, assign departments, branches and localities on the basis of authority to receive and handle them within the time limit and according to legal regulations.

For petitions that are not within the jurisdiction of state administrative agencies, the Department of Justice shall direct the Legal Aid Center to assist citizens in carrying out lawsuit procedures at the court to ensure the legitimate rights of citizens.
