(CLO) In 2025, Ca Mau Radio and Television Station will undergo comprehensive digital transformation, building a strong media platform to meet the diverse information needs of the public.


On January 16, Ca Mau Radio and Television Station held a Conference to summarize radio and television work in 2024 and deploy directions and tasks for 2025.

Accordingly, in 2024, Ca Mau Radio and Television Station played an important role in informing and propagating the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the people. With more than 932 topics on administrative reform, anti-corruption and hot social issues, the Station contributed to raising public awareness.

In particular, the program "People ask - Leaders answer" has created a bridge between the people and the government, helping to solve many difficulties and problems. In addition, the Station also actively participates in social activities such as the program "Warm home", contributing to improving people's lives and implementing the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for the poor in Ca Mau province.

In addition, Ca Mau Radio and Television Station has achieved many remarkable achievements in emulation activities. With 62 press awards, including 7 national awards, the Station has affirmed its position as one of the leading media units in the province. In particular, the outstanding achievements in the Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation have affirmed the quality of the team and the creativity in press works.

Journalist Pham Thanh Phong, Director of Ca Mau Radio and Television Station, said that in accordance with the province's direction on merging Ca Mau Radio and Television Station and Ca Mau Newspaper, the name will change, but journalists of CTV will always be enthusiastic and dedicated to their profession and fulfill their assigned mission well.

"At the same time, the Station is determined to increase the application of digital technology in 2025, expand production programs in a modern direction and in line with new trends. Build the Station to become a key multimedia communication agency in the direction of multi-platform, multi-service, bringing all journalism operations to the digital environment", the Director of Ca Mau Radio and Television Station emphasized.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Ho Trung Viet, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, highly appreciated the achievements of Ca Mau Radio and Television Station in the past year. He emphasized that the merger with Ca Mau Newspaper will create a stronger and more effective organization. At the same time, he also noted the importance of propaganda work in 2025, especially the propaganda of Party Congresses at all levels and the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.
