Immediately after the launch ceremony, workers were informed and educated about matters related to ensuring security and order, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance and maintaining security in the locality.
This is the second self-managed workers' group established by the Hai Van Ward Trade Union after implementing the new trade union organizational model, bringing the total number of self-managed workers' groups under the unit's management to four.
Through self-managed worker groups, trade unions are able to understand the living and working conditions of workers, providing timely support and assistance, while also contributing to supporting local authorities in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
