Yellow snakes and snakes wearing conical hats welcome visitors at Da Nang flower street

(Dan Tri) - In the days leading up to Tet, Da Nang's flower street with its brilliant design has opened to welcome visitors. This year, many impressive snake mascots have created a unique check-in space.

In recent days, Bach Dang Spring Flower Street along the Han River, Da Nang city has officially opened to welcome visitors. In the photo is the decoration cluster located at the end of Dragon Bridge (Hai Chau district).

According to the design, this area will have winding flower paths leading to the central flower cluster, where the snake mascot will be placed. This mascot was crafted by artisan Dinh Van Tam in Quang Tri and transported to Da Nang for installation.

The square area and the Dragon Bridge tail area are decorated with many types of flowers, snake mascots, and creatively designed miniature landscapes.

Ms. Mai Ngoc (a tourist from Phu Yen province) said that this year her whole family chose Da Nang city for spring travel because her children love the Dragon Bridge here so much.

"I was very impressed with the image of the giant snake. The design is very beautiful, both majestic and very harmonious with the overall flower street," Ms. Ngoc shared.

Many foreign tourists enjoy taking beautiful pictures with the snake mascot at Bach Dang Spring Flower Street.

Mr. Jame (a tourist from England) enjoys the Tet atmosphere in Vietnam.

"I took a lot of pictures on this flower street, it's really beautiful here. Vietnam has created a great New Year atmosphere," Mr. Jame shared.

Besides the main mascot, other large and small snake models are also arranged throughout the flower routes, creating a lively space full of spring colors. In the picture is a pair of snakes decorated at the tail of the Dragon Bridge.

The miniature landscapes are arranged reasonably and diversely, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere, captivating visitors.

Another cobra mascot crafted by artisan Dinh Van Tam is placed at the T-shaped bridge, Hai Chau district.

According to the Da Nang Department of Construction, the flower decoration and lighting project for this year's Lunar New Year has 14 flower decoration locations and 8 lighting decoration locations, with a total investment of more than 18 billion VND. In the photo is the decoration area at the beginning of Dragon Bridge (Son Tra district).

Here, a funny snake mascot, wearing a conical hat with a red flag and yellow star printed on its head, is decorated in the area between the Dragon Bridge and the Love Bridge. Many foreign visitors enjoy taking pictures of this mascot.

The Spring Flower Street is expected to last nearly 5 months until May 1. The flower street is maintained to serve the Lunar New Year and major events and holidays of Da Nang city in the first months of the year.
