Brilliant colors and lights welcome the Year of the Dragon 2024.

NDO - On the eve of the Lunar New Year, to welcome the Year of the Dragon 2024, the People's Committee of Tay Ho District (Hanoi City), in coordination with the Vietnam National Petroleum Group ( Petrovietnam ) and the Vietnam Public Commercial Bank (PVcomBank), organized an artistic light show using 2,024 unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) called "Hanoi Artistic Light Festival - Brilliant Thang Long" with the theme "One Day in the Capital - A Thousand Years of History".

Residents of Hanoi and tourists alike admired the artistic light show using drones, titled " Hanoi Artistic Light Festival - Brilliant Thang Long".

From the evening of February 9th, all preparations were completed by the coordinating units, ensuring the performance would run smoothly and successfully.

Drone light shows are a unique form of entertainment and a modern trend in current festivals. Unlike other types of light shows, drones, with their diverse combinations of movement and color, can be arranged into meaningful 2D and 3D images suitable for a wide range of themes.

A large number of Hanoi residents and tourists gathered at the Van Cao intersection (Tay Ho district) to admire the spectacular performance, which was presented for the first time on New Year's Eve.

At exactly 11:30 PM, 2,024 drones, symbolizing the Year of the Dragon 2024, took off, illuminating a large area of ​​the sky over West Lake.
