In the first 7 months of 2023, the Factory produced 101,843 tons of blast furnace pig iron, reaching 78% of the annual plan; produced 155,611 tons of sintered ore, reaching nearly 78% of the plan; maintained stable jobs for nearly 500 workers, with an average salary of over 7 million VND/person/month; production ensured safety for people and equipment.

Faced with difficulties due to unstable quality of input materials (ore, coke), old and degraded equipment systems, etc., thanks to the synchronous implementation of technological and equipment solutions, and efforts to reduce raw material and energy consumption indicators, the Factory has successfully completed the output and product cost indicators assigned by the Company.

With the goal of producing 130,000 tons of blast furnace pig iron and 200,000 tons of sintered ore in 2023, in the remaining months, the Iron Smelting Plant will continue to implement solutions on management, technology and equipment; strive to exceed assigned production and business targets, ensuring jobs and income for workers.
