On the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of Thanh Hoa City - Hoi An City twinning (1961 - 2024), Thanh Hoa City organizes the "Thanh Hoa City - Hoi An City Cultural Week" in 2024 with many unique and meaningful activities. For the week to be successful, Thanh Hoa City directs units to prepare well the material conditions and urgently complete the items.
From April 26 to May 1, the Thanh Hoa - Hoi An City Cultural Week was held with many activities to introduce and widely promote the image and beauty of the land and people of Thanh Hoa - Hoi An City. At the same time, it tightened the close, loyal and devoted relationship between the two localities.
The main road area leading to Hoi An Park is decorated with flowers and ornamental plants by the construction unit to create a friendly and intimate space.
Workers of Thanh Hoa Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company take care of each flower bush.
The miniatures are arranged harmoniously and beautifully to create a check-in area for residents and tourists.
Lanterns - a unique beauty of Hoi An City, are the highlight of the cultural space at Hoi An Park.
Lanterns made from Thanh Hoa's rattan and bamboo have become decorative items for the rows of trees along the ancient town of Hoi An.
The heart-shaped flower gate leading to the ancient town version of Hoi An is being completed.
From the flower gate area to Hoi An traditional house, 100 photos of relics and scenic spots of Thanh Hoa City - Hoi An City are displayed.
Stalls in the old quarter are ready to serve visitors during the Cultural Week.
In addition to the space for displaying and introducing city tourism , books, pictures, artifacts, documents, traditional musical instruments, and traditional costumes, the rows of houses in the old town version are also places for tourists and people to enjoy drinks and fast food.
Within the framework of the Thanh Hoa City - Hoi An City Cultural Week, many traditional folk games and art performances of the two localities will be performed.
Through unique cultural activities, Thanh Hoa City - Hoi An City Cultural Week is expected to become a typical tourism product of Thanh Hoa City.
