For departments, branches and sectors, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests an urgent review of legal documents assigned to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council for promulgation (resolutions), advise the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate (decisions) from 1997 to present that are still in effect and have contents that are no longer consistent with current legal regulations, along with legal documents with contents of decentralization to the District People's Committee. On that basis, propose and advise the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee to handle according to regulations.
The District People's Committee, within the scope of its functions, tasks and powers, focuses on directing and organizing the review of legal documents issued by the People's Council and the District People's Committee. In particular, it focuses on legal documents delegated by the Provincial People's Committee to the District People's Committee and legal documents delegated by the District People's Committee to the Commune People's Committee.
The results of reviewing legal documents of departments, branches, sectors and district-level People's Committees must be sent to the Department of Justice before April 20, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for handling according to regulations.
