For Lao Cai city, after overcoming the problem caused by floods, the supply of clean water for daily life has returned. On the other hand, the steel pipeline (level 1) D400 running underground through Ngoi Dum stream, Kim Tan has broken, so we have to focus on human resources and materials to fix it. For Simacai district, the factory's flood water is receding very slowly so the company cannot access it to handle and fix it.
