In addition, there were 3 other survey teams with the same content led by 3 Deputy Directors of the Department of Education and Training to survey the communes of Loc Thanh, Tan Tien, Bu Gia Map, Dak O, Hung Phuoc and Thien Hung.
Accordingly, immediately after the Politburo issued the Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025 on the policy of investing in building schools for border communes, the Provincial Party Committee paid great attention to directing the Provincial People's Committee and related departments and branches, especially the Department of Education and Training and 8 border communes of the province, to develop a plan to invest in building schools. Border communes and parents expressed their joy and excitement at the close and special attention of the Party and State to the development of education for students in border areas.
Recently, the Department of Education and Training has worked with 8 border communes, namely Loc Tan, Loc Thanh, Loc Thanh, Tan Tien, Bu Gia Map, Dak O, Hung Phuoc and Thien Hung, to implement the spirit of Conclusion Notice No. 81 of the Politburo . The communes have reviewed the need for investment in local schools and at the same time grasped the wishes of parents regarding the model of semi-boarding and boarding schools.

Directly surveying schools in 8 communes, most schools said that there was no need to build schools according to the boarding school model, mainly wishing to renovate and upgrade schools to meet the boarding needs of the majority of local parents who are children of workers and ethnic minorities. The need to invest in building, renovating and upgrading schools in border communes is quite large, however, some schools are facing difficulties due to lack of land, needing solutions to expand the area, meeting the criteria of national standard schools.

Working directly with the Party Committees, People's Committees of communes and school principals, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue emphasized: The policy of investing in building schools for communes in border areas demonstrates the special attention of the Party and State for students, thereby contributing to improving the quality of education, local human resources, and building a prosperous border region. Communes must closely coordinate with schools to thoroughly review the investment needs for building schools in their localities, considering this a very important political task. The recommendations of communes to the province must originate from actual investment needs, promoting efficiency when building and putting into use.
Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue affirmed: The policy of investing in building schools according to the Conclusion Notice No. 81 of the Politburo is a major policy, rich in profound humanity. Therefore, the Party Committees, People's Committees of communes and schools need to consider this as a condition to upgrade and renovate the school system, but must avoid proposing unfocused investments, causing waste of resources.
