In the period of 2020 - 2025, the agriculture and environment sector has successfully completed its assigned tasks, contributing to the implementation of socio -economic development goals, targets and tasks, ensuring food security and social security in the province. The average growth rate of the period is estimated at 2.91%/year, an increase of 0.31 points compared to the period of 2016 - 2020 (2.6%). The value of crop and aquaculture products per unit area reached 50 million VND, reaching 100% of the plan. The economic structure of the agricultural sector has shifted positively towards gradually reducing the proportion of crop production and gradually increasing the proportion of livestock, forestry and agricultural services. It is estimated that by the end of 2025, the proportion of crop production will reach 58.41%; livestock will reach 29.1%; agricultural services will reach 3.02; forestry will reach 9.09%; Aquaculture reached 0.38%.

Total grain output reached 293.53 thousand tons, equal to 106.93% compared to the previous period, equal to 101.9% compared to the Congress resolution target; the value of crop and aquaculture products reached 50 million VND/ha ( an increase of 10 million VND/ha compared to the beginning of the period ); the buffalo herd is estimated at 107,449; 119,211 cows; 366,982 pigs; 3,119,419 thousand poultry. The output of fresh meat for slaughter is estimated at 43,600 tons. The aquaculture area remains stable at about 380 hectares, by the end of 2025, the total aquatic product output is estimated at 670 tons; the forest cover rate in the period 2021 - 2025 is estimated at 55%, reaching 91.6% of the Congress resolution target. 10,062 households removed livestock from under the floor, completing the target of 100% of livestock households removing livestock from under the floor; 95% of rural residents have access to clean water.

The management of natural resources and environment, proactive response to climate change are focused. The tasks of surveying and mapping; management and licensing of mineral exploitation activities; management, exploitation and use of water resources comply with regulations.

From the PTTĐ, many typical collectives and individuals have been discovered.
At the conference, delegates discussed, shared experiences and gave suggestions so that the patriotic PTTD in the coming period can continue to be effective.
