On April 21, Mr. Hoang Sy Bich, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province, signed an official dispatch to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces, regarding the development of a plan to arrange cadres, civil servants and public employees to work simultaneously at the old administrative headquarters.
Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on the Plan to arrange a reasonable proportion of cadres, civil servants and public employees working simultaneously at the administrative headquarters of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces and at the new Lam Dong province's administrative - political center to reduce difficulties in travel and living of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the initial stage of merger.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province requests the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces to coordinate in developing a plan to arrange civil servants and public employees to work simultaneously at the new provincial administrative-political center and the administrative headquarters of the old locality.
In addition, direct the departments and units under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province to coordinate with the departments and units under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province to propose a plan to arrange civil servants and public employees (after the arrangement and merger of the province) to work simultaneously at the new provincial administrative - political center and the administrative headquarters of the old locality.
For the proposal to serve the construction of the Plan, it is recommended to clarify the fields of state management according to the functions, tasks of sector management and the requirements of tasks after the arrangement, civil servants and public employees can be arranged simultaneously in 3 localities.
Departments, divisions, units and the proportion of civil servants and public employees of each department, division, and unit working simultaneously in 3 localities; clearly explain each case of civil servants and public employees expected to be arranged to work in 3 localities (in addition to statistics on demand, must be linked to requirements on job duties and current job positions) and other proposed contents (if any).
Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment requests departments to urgently implement and send proposals to this Department before 3:00 p.m. on April 22, 2025 for timely synthesis and reporting to Lam Dong Provincial Department of Home Affairs.
