Department of Information and Communications announces recruitment of civil servants for the Information Technology and Communications Center of Binh Thuan province in 2023

Pursuant to Decision No. 82/QD-STTTT dated April 28, 2023 of the Director of the Department of Information and Communications on promulgating the Plan for recruiting civil servants of the Information Technology and Communications Center in 2023; The Department of Information and Communications announces the recruitment of civil servants of the Information Technology and Communications Center of Binh Thuan province (hereinafter referred to as the Center) in 2023 as follows:

1. Recruitment needs and forms

a) Recruitment needs

Recruiting 03 targets for job positions:

- 02 targets for Information Technology position level III.

- 01 position for Accountant.

(Details in the Appendix below).

b) Recruitment form: Selection.

2. Standards and conditions for registration

People who meet the following conditions regardless of ethnicity, gender, social status, belief, or religion are eligible to apply:

a) Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;

b) 18 years of age or older;

c) Have an application form;

d) Have a clear background;

d) Healthy enough to perform the duties;

e) Have good political and moral qualities;

g) Have a professional degree appropriate to the job position being recruited.

* The following people are not allowed to apply:

- Loss of civil capacity or limited civil capacity.

- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

3. Admission content

Recruitment of civil servants is conducted in 2 rounds as follows:

a) Round 1

Check the application conditions on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the applicant will be allowed to participate in round 2.

b) Round 2

- Exam format: Interview.

- Exam content: Test the knowledge and professional skills of candidates according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. Exam content is based on the tasks and standards of professional competence and skills of the civil servant job title and is suitable for the requirements of the job position to be recruited.

- Exam time: 30-minute interview (before the interview, candidates have no more than 15 minutes to prepare).

- Interview score: 100 points.

- No review of interview test results.

4. Register for the exam

- Candidates submit the Application Form (Attached Form) at the Office of the Department of Information and Communications.

- Time to receive application forms: During office hours and working days, from May 8, 2023 to June 8, 2023.

- Place to receive application forms and organize the examination: Department of Information and Communications; address: 192 Pham Hung, Phu Thuy ward, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province; phone: 0252.3833500.

- Admission time: June 2023.

* Note:

- The applicant must fully fill in the required information in the Application Form up to the time of submission and bring the original copy of the professional diploma appropriate to the job position, citizen identification card or identity card for the professional department to compare the information on the Application Form. After the comparison is completed, it will be returned to the applicant. The applicant is responsible for the truthfulness of the content of the Application Form and related documents.

- Each candidate can only register for 01 recruitment position. If the candidate submits an application form for 02 or more recruitment positions, he/she will be disqualified and not included in the recruitment list.

- By the deadline for submitting the Application Form, those who have not been issued original diplomas and certificates will not be eligible to participate in this recruitment.

5. Application fee

The Department of Information and Communications temporarily collects 500,000 VND/candidate; candidates pay at the same time as submitting their application (implemented according to Circular No. 92/2021/TT-BTC dated October 28, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance).
