In the period of 2020-2025, the Party Committee and Command of Division 5 have led and directed the implementation ofeducation and propaganda work well, strongly changing the awareness and responsibility of soldiers in implementing the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings".

The Division has developed a specific plan for each year and focused on completing the set goals and competition targets. Notably, the Division has ensured adequate and timely logistics for regular and ad hoc tasks; the quality of soldiers' meals has changed positively; production and livestock raising have developed well; the number of healthy soldiers regularly reaches over 99%; basic construction, barracks consolidation, and green, clean, and beautiful construction.

Management of gasoline, oil, electricity, water, facilities, and logistics costs is strict, appropriate, economical, and effective; transportation tasks are well completed, traffic safety is ensured, contributing to the completion of the central political task, and building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, and typical" Division.  

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Trong Thai, Deputy Division Commander of Division 5, praised the achievements and results gained in implementing the movement over the past 5 years; at the same time, he requested that in the coming time, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units continue to pay attention to leading and directing the improvement of all aspects of logistics work; regularly inspect and promptly correct shortcomings and defects; and replicate advanced models in implementing emulation contents and targets.

At the conference, Division 5 awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 16 individuals with good achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" for the period 2020-2025.
