Following the historic floods in Hue that lasted nearly a week at the end of October, many houses, shops, offices, and public buildings in the area were deeply submerged. Many families suffered heavy property damage. In particular, a significant number of motorbikes, cars, electrical and electronic equipment, and refrigeration appliances were damaged by the flooding.
Hue Industrial College is implementing a program to "Repair Electrical, Electronic, and Refrigeration Equipment Free of Charge" for equipment damaged by flooding (no equipment replacement will be provided). This program follows the college's free motorbike repair activities, aiming to help the people of Hue overcome difficulties as soon as possible.
Repair services will be available from 9:00 AM on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 to 11:00 AM on Monday, November 3rd, 2025 at Hue Industrial College, 70 Nguyen Hue Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City. In addition, the college will also provide mobile repair support to single-parent households and families receiving social welfare benefits in Hue City.
