LG expands free device inspection and repair program to 11 provinces and cities

LG Electronics Vietnam continues to implement the Free Device Inspection and Repair program to 11 provinces and cities in the Central region from now until November 30, 2025.

In the face of unusual storms and floods that have deeply inundated tens of thousands of households in the Central region, causing serious property damage and greatly affecting people's lives, LG has expanded its support program to check and repair electronic, refrigeration and household appliances for free to help people quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Accordingly, people in the affected areas will be exempted from inspection, basic cleaning and repair costs for LG products damaged by flooding, including TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, air purifiers and other home electronics. In addition, LG will provide free replacement parts for refrigeration and home appliances products that are still under warranty.

For products that are out of warranty and need to replace parts, LG supports a 30% discount on accessories for TVs, monitors, computers, and air conditioner systems (applicable for both in and out of warranty). Other refrigeration and home electronics products out of warranty will receive a 50% discount on parts. In case the device is seriously damaged or spare parts are not available, customers will receive a 50% discount when purchasing a new product.

In Hue City, LG has quickly set up a Gathering and Repair Station located at the Public Service Center (07 Ton Quang Phiet), people can directly bring damaged equipment to the station for inspection and repair. In addition, LG also arranges free shuttle vehicles to support people in remote areas to transport damaged equipment to the station without having to travel far. Previously, the program "LG joins hands to share and support people in storm and flood areas" was deployed by LG in Nghe An and Thai Nguyen, two localities that suffered heavy damage from storm No. 3 (Wipha) and storm No. 11 (Matmo), with nearly 700 devices repaired and delivered, helping hundreds of households quickly stabilize their lives after the storm.
