Not long after Honda launched the all-new Winner version called Honda Winner R, it was Suzuki's turn to "respond" when it launched the new Suzuki Satria ABS 2025 version (also known as Suzuki Raider in Vietnam). Accordingly, after much information and images were recently leaked, the new version of this manual transmission motorbike line has been officially introduced by the Japanese car company to customers in Southeast Asia. Indonesia - the largest motorbike market in the region is the first place chosen by Suzuki to introduce the Suzuki Satria 2026.
In the archipelago, this 2025 Suzuki Satria model is manufactured by PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), distributing 2 versions including Suzuki Satria F150 and Satria Pro. Although both versions have some differences in some design details, equipment features and even selling price, they have been refined in style. Specifically, still bearing the unmistakable characteristics of the Satria line, however, the Suzuki Satria 2026 has been redesigned by the Japanese automaker with a "body" covering the body with plastic panels that are created to create a seamless, sporty and more modern feel than the previous version. The Satria F150 version still retains the front end design like the Raider in Vietnam, while this detail on the Satria Pro version is changed with large, layered LED headlights, integrated with turn signals on both sides. The "mask" is also removed to reveal the LCD electronic screen information display cluster. The two sides of the body also have additional sporty spoilers to increase aerodynamics.
The two versions of Satria 2026 have the same dimensions of length, width, and height of 1,955 x 675 x 980 (mm), with a saddle height of 765 mm. The Satria F150 weighs 112 kg while the Satria Pro (115 kg) is 3 kg heavier. Both are equipped with a 4-liter fuel tank. In this refresh, Suzuki added a lot of new equipment and features to this manual transmission vehicle line. Specifically, in addition to the LCD screen displaying information, it also integrates the Suzuki Ride Connect feature to help connect information between smartphones and the vehicle's instrument cluster. Notably, Satria 2026 also has a Smartkey smart lock system, a charging port for personal mobile devices integrated in the front storage compartment, single disc brakes on both wheels with integrated ABS anti-lock braking system on the front wheel. Both versions of the Suzuki Satria 2026 share the same 147cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC 4-valve gasoline engine with an integrated Fi electronic fuel injection system. According to the manufacturer's information, this engine produces 18.1 horsepower at 10,000 rpm, maximum torque of 13.8 Nm at 8,500 rpm, with a 6-speed gearbox.
Suzuki Satria 2026 is also integrated with the Clutch Assist System to help reduce clutch force and reduce slippage when shifting gears, creating a smooth driving feeling for the driver. Suzuki Satria is also known as Raider 150 in the Vietnamese market, positioned in the 150cc sport clutch motorbike segment, competing with Honda Winner and Yamaha Exciter... In Indonesia, Suzuki Satria 2025 is distributed in two versions, priced from 31 - 34.9 million rupiah (equivalent to 49 - 55.2 million VND). After the Indonesian market, Satria 2026 is expected to enter the Vietnamese market in the near future, this is also one of the few motorcycle models still distributed by Suzuki in Vietnam.
