Many people often picture a Healthy & Balanced lifestyle as a set of strict rules or a quiet space, somewhat detached from the modern pace of life. But for me, after 12 years of practicing vegetarianism and meditation, this lifestyle takes on a completely different form: vibrant, full of experiences, and always brimming with positive energy. Perhaps that's why more and more people around the world are choosing to pursue this lifestyle.

I chose vegetarianism and meditation not to "give up" or escape from my busy life. On the contrary, it's how I recharge my energy, helping me stay balanced, alert, and most creative.

A journey under the Bodhi tree and a new definition of "Energy Regeneration"

For over a decade, I have returned many times to the sacred land of Bodh Gaya (India), sitting under the Bodhi tree and experiencing profound sensations through all my senses. In that sacred space, I realized that meditation is no longer defined solely in its traditional sense. When our bodies sit still and stable, an inner transformation begins: the mind is "cleansed," pressure dissipates, making way for a pure, carefree energy to begin flowing.

Many people ask me how I maintain such a radiant demeanor and calmness amidst the hustle and bustle of life. The secret is actually very simple: Just dedicate 10 minutes to meditation each day. You don't need to travel to a faraway place, nor do you need to sit for hours. Just spend 10 minutes in the morning after waking up, in the evening before going to bed, or whenever you want, sitting upright, closing your eyes, and focusing on your breath.

Those ten short minutes have been the best tonic for my nervous system in over a decade. It's not by chance that people stay young or maintain their fitness over the years; we need to cultivate and create positive habits in our lifestyle. This has been recognized and pursued worldwide as a Healthy & Balanced lifestyle.

Just 10 minutes of meditation each day, listening to your breath, allowing your mind to completely rest, will regenerate your inner energy.

Alongside meditation, I've been a vegetarian for 12 years. Instead of feeling restricted or deprived, a diverse plant-based diet has given me an unexpectedly light feeling in my body. Without having to expend so much energy metabolizing heavy nutrients, my body can dedicate those resources to nourishing healthy skin, bright eyes, and an energetic spirit.

However, the most delicate balance lies in appreciating the rhythm of life and not letting things become stressful. I understand that we all have lively weekends, warm and carefree parties with family and friends. That's part of the beauty of life, helping us nurture wonderful emotional connections. The important thing is how we bring our bodies back to a state of balance afterward.

A little tip for a trending lifestyle.

To start a new, energetic lifestyle, you don't need to drastically change all your old habits. Try embracing it as a joyful experience with two small habits that anyone can adopt:

10 minutes of meditation each day: Choose a quiet corner at the beginning or end of the day. Listen to your breath, allow your mind to rest completely, and let your inner energy regenerate.

Start the week "green": After a weekend of fun gatherings and meals with loved ones, dedicate Monday to "living green" with a completely plant-based diet. A vibrant salad, a refreshing glass of fresh juice, or a light bowl of vegetable soup will be a wonderful treat to cleanse your digestive system, leave your body feeling light, and ready for a productive new week.

Healthy & Balanced isn't a distant goal, but a lifestyle evident in every small choice each day. Observe how someone walks leisurely, smiles brightly, and works with intense focus; you'll understand just how captivating that inner energy is. Try starting today to experience a new version of yourself: gentler, more refined, and always brimming with positive energy.
