The leaders of the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province, have requested Nghia Loc kindergarten to temporarily suspend the teacher who caused many kindergarten children to be beaten and bruised. The teacher who was temporarily suspended is Ms. D.TS.

Ms. D.TS was the teacher assigned to look after the 5-year-old students in class A2 at the time of the incident. Ms. D.TS was temporarily suspended from work on October 8.
Speaking to Dan Viet reporter, Mr. Lai Van Duong - Chairman of Nghia Loc Commune People's Committee said that the incident happened on the afternoon of October 7 in class 5 years old A2, Nghia Loc Kindergarten. At this time, the teacher went out for about 15 to 20 minutes. At the same time, a 5-year-old student used a round glue stick, about 30cm long, to hit many children in the class. Among them, two children had bruises in many places. After that, the teacher and their family took them to the doctor for a health check. The doctor concluded that the children were only injured on the skin.

"The locality is assigning the police to check whether there was any influence from adults or not. Through the inspection, there is no information about teachers or other adults influencing the children. The child who beat his friends is also very gentle and obedient" - the leader of Nghia Loc commune added.
Speaking to Dan Viet reporter, Ms. Pham Thi Kien - Principal of Nghia Loc Kindergarten said that the health of the students is now stable. The two children in the hospital are also healthy, with teachers supporting them and their families. As for the teachers, the school will consider and handle them according to regulations.

Immediately after receiving information about the incident, the Nghe An Departmentof Education and Training directed the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Dan district to work directly with the school. In particular, the school was required to monitor the health status of the children so that they could return to school soon. At the same time, it was required to clarify responsibilities and handle violations of groups and individuals according to regulations, if any.
