Located majestically in a peaceful area of Tay Mo and Dai Mo wards, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi, the Vietnam Military History Museum appears as a vivid page of history, preserving the heroic imprints of the nation.
Besides its great historical value, the museum also has a quiet beauty, especially when the sun gradually disappears behind the western horizon, the sunset falls, dyeing the space and artifacts with a color that is both solemn and evokes many emotions.
A beautiful view from the Vietnam Military History Museum at dusk. The last rays of the day, from soft yellow to bright orange, cover everything around the massive museum.
In the afternoon, the Vietnam Military History Museum still welcomes a large number of visitors. Tourists come here to visit, learn about history, and at the same time wait for the sunset.
In the evening light, the solid lines become soft. The scene comes alive as if frozen in time in a single shot.
With a large area of 38.66 hectares, the Vietnam Military History Museum is a place to display and preserve more than 150,000 valuable artifacts, evidence of the heroic struggles of our army and people. It also owns four national treasures: two MIG-21 aircraft (serial numbers 4324 and 5121), a T54B tank (serial number 843) and the Determination to Fight map in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign.
The sunset also shines through the walls of the museum grounds, creating long streaks of light along the path leading to the exhibition areas.
The golden light and shadows intertwine, creating a quiet and solemn space, also becoming the backdrop for many young people to take pictures.
