At the meeting, delegates discussed, commented and voted to pass 4 resolutions on: Deciding on measures to ensure the implementation of grassroots democracy in the city; deciding on investment policies for a number of group B and group C public investment projects; deciding on investment policies for the Nguyen Khuyen Secondary School project (An Phu ward); adjusting and supplementing the list of medium-term public investment projects for the 2021-2025 period to implement the National Target Program on new rural construction in the city.

Regarding the Resolution on deciding on investment policies for a number of public investment projects in groups B and C, investing in 2 projects including: Residential area west of Nguyen Hien school and Thuan Tra 2 residential area (Hoa Thuan ward). Regarding the investment policy for Nguyen Khuyen Secondary School project, the total estimated investment is 34.9 billion VND, implementation period is from 2025 to 2027.
