Martarello Group SRL is known as the "giant" of the fireworks industry from Italy, with a history of more than 100 years, a symbol of sustainability and innovation in the world of fireworks art. This is the most successful team at DIFF, having twice stepped onto the championship podium in 2017 and 2018, won the runner-up position in 2023, and won the audience over with the title of “Most Favorite Team” at DIFF 2024. Returning to DIFF 2025, Giorgio Bonaccio, captain of the Italian team, could not hide his emotions: “We have participated in many fireworks festivals in Europe, but in Da Nang, we really feel like we are living fully. What can I say? It can only be: wonderful! My team has participated in DIFF 4 times, but each time we put all our efforts into the competition, the next time we will improve better than the last time to bring new things to the people of this city. I believe that the audience and visitors will be amazed by the team's performance on the night of June 28th.”
With the desire to win again, the Italian team prepared very carefully for a top performance, bringing a different level. Following the theme of Technology Leading the Way, the Italian team said that they would use new effects, new ideas - that was inevitable, and the music would be in harmony with the fireworks effects. The team chose the best music, worthy of competing with the best teams. The goal was not only to conquer the audience but also to create real emotions for the viewers.

Starting with a brilliant dawn - a symbol of the beginning, the performance takes the audience through colorful waves symbolizing the vitality, energy and aspiration of the city on the Han River. Through each brilliant burst of fireworks, we want to honor the journey of continuous development of Da Nang, lighting up the sky of the city of light with hope and aspiration towards the future”, added captain Giorgio Bonaccio.
A surprising new breeze from Korea
Competing for the first time at DIFF, the rookie Faseecom from Korea is expected to bring a modern performance, integrating technology and creativity, continuing the new and impressive wave that this year's rookies are creating in the sky of the Han River. Established in 1997, Faseecom Co., Ltd is one of the pioneers in Korea in combining the art of fireworks, pyrotechnics with multimedia performance technologies. The team owns experienced veterans and a generation of bold young artists who are passionate about experimentation. It is the interesting intersection between tradition and innovation that will help Faseecom's fireworks not only ensure technical quality, but also be rich in poetry, bringing sublime emotional experiences to the audience.
With the desire to create a unique identity for modern fireworks, Faseecom brings to DIFF 2025 a performance called "Flying Dragon Dance". Inspired by the image of the dragon, a meaningful cultural symbol of East Asian countries and the image of Da Nang's brand bridge, the Korean fireworks team will stage a cinematic light work. The performance consists of 5 chapters, depicting in turn: the birth of the Dragon, the journey of growth of the city on the Han River, modern vitality, future aspirations and ending with a brilliant epic of light - as a wish for a Da Nang to break through and reach out to the world.
Mr. Jung Young Ho, the captain of the Korean team, said that Korea does not have many fireworks teams that regularly participate in international competitions. Therefore, through DIFF 2025, the team hopes to widely introduce to friends around the world that Korea also has many talented, creative fireworks teams that are ready to conquer large-scale stages. “Participating in this year's festival, we hope to bring a very unique style of Korean fireworks - like a Hallyu wave in the art of light performance. This is a precious opportunity for us to spread the spirit, emotions and cultural imprint of the land of kimchi through each brilliant fireworks in the sky of Da Nang. We use "Where the sunrise is full of sunshine" - a Vietnamese song rich in emotion, showing respect and connection with the local audience. From Korea, we bring "Arirang" - a traditional song with the meaning of overcoming difficulties, symbolizing the spiritual strength of the Korean people. And "Run Boy Run" is chosen as an encouragement for the future, a breakthrough, expressing faith in a dynamic and promising Vietnam. We believe that, although the world still has many challenges and pains, this fireworks night will be an opportunity for everyone to share the same emotions, smile together, enjoy the sublime moments and send positive energy to overcome difficulties. in life,” said team captain Jung Young Ho.
Emotional Art Night The stage by the Han River promises to explode with a vibrant art program, with the participation of famous singers such as Duong Hoang Yen, singer Le Anh Dung, along with dancesport champion Hoang My An and dancers from dance troupes. Not stopping there, the night of June 28th is even "hotter" than ever with the presence of 6 football legends from Manchester United Club: Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Michael Owen, Dwight Yorke, Wes Brown and Teddy Sheringham. The famous "Red Devils" will appear together at the DIFF stands, enjoying fireworks with Vietnamese fans. This event not only makes the football fan community excited, but also creates a rare highlight when the art of fireworks, music and sports blend in a cultural space with a strong international character. |
