Authorized by the Secretariat, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, announced the decision to remove Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang from the position of member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology , to be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

At the meeting, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, requested the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee to continue to strengthen the work of Party building and rectification. Promote successes and learn lessons from shortcomings. At the same time, consolidate solidarity and unity to build Quang Ngai for development.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang (53 years old, hometown An Lao district, Hai Phong city) is a doctor of economics and senior political theory.

During his working process, Mr. Giang held the positions of Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Trade; Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade; Deputy Director of the Economic Department - Office of the Party Central Committee; Director, Secretary of the Politburo, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province (term 2016-2021).

Previously, on June 3, 2020, the Prime Minister decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Science and Technology until now.
