Quang Ngai : Gifts distributed throughout the night to every citizen.
On the evening of August 31st, Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Mo Rong commune, Quang Ngai province, stated that the commune had mobilized all available resources to distribute gifts for Independence Day to all 6,436 residents in the area. Immediately after receiving the money from the bank at 3 PM that same day, the local authorities deployed a force of 30 officials, police officers, and militia members to distribute gifts at 18 locations, mainly communal houses in each village.

The donations are distributed in two ways: via VNeID accounts for registered individuals, and in person with full verification procedures, ensuring that "no one is left out and no one is disadvantaged."

Mr. Vy Van Chom (Ty Tu village) emotionally shared: “Although the gift is not large, it is very precious. We feel the concern of the Party, the State, and the Government reaching even the most remote villages. The Xo Dang people are very moved and grateful.”
Dak Lak : Over 330 billion VND disbursed in a timely manner.
In Dak Lak province, according to Mr. Tran Van Tan, Director of the Department of Finance, the locality has been allocated over 330 billion VND by the central government to give gifts to people on the occasion of September 2nd. The Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, agencies, and commune-level People's Committees to urgently coordinate in reviewing eligible recipients and organizing the distribution of gifts before September 2nd.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Thien, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, said that the locality requires that the donation process be timely, transparent, and directed to the correct recipients, without any loss or corruption.
In Cu M'gar commune, Chairman of the People's Committee Phan Xuan Luc said that many working groups have been established, in coordination with the self-governing boards of villages and hamlets, to distribute gifts to more than 32,000 people, with a total budget of approximately 3.2 billion VND. The distribution is expected to be completed before September 1st.
In Buon Don commune , more than 6,500 people, including those in remote and isolated areas such as Drang Phok hamlet (located within Yok Don National Park), are receiving gifts through task forces that go directly to the area. The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Nguyen Canh Tung, said: “We use loudspeakers and village heads go to each household to make announcements. Despite the difficult terrain, the commune is determined to distribute the gifts on time and in full, without making people wait long.”
According to the Ministry of Finance's guidelines, gift-giving must be completed before September 1st. In exceptional cases, it may be extended to no later than September 15th.
