On the evening of December 12th, at the University of Economics and Finance (UEF) in Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports organized the program "Autumn and Forever" with the theme "Vietnam - In Our Hearts".
