The event was held in collaboration with the Vietnam Tea Association (VITAS) and the ASEAN Tea Association (ATO). Organized for the first time in the ancient capital, the festival transformed the Imperial Palace into a large "tea room," showcasing the finest aspects of world tea culture.

The program runs from December 10-12 with many highlights: a seminar on "Tea in the Flow of Culture and Creativity"; a tea exhibition featuring products from traditional to modern; a "Teatender - Modern Tea Brewing" competition promoting Truoi tea; tea art performances; "Tea for the Mind" activities; a reenactment of the "Imperial Tea Ceremony"; and the closing ceremony "Moonlight Tea Flower Dance".
The opening ceremony impressed with its immersive stage design, simulating a tea garden within a heritage site, blending ancient architecture, nature, and performing arts to create an experience like stepping into a vibrant ink painting.

Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Tram, Director of the Hue Department of Tourism , said that the festival not only helps promote agricultural products but also honors Vietnamese tea culture, spreads the spirit of meditation, and contributes to expanding health and wellness tourism products.
" The event will become a platform towards an annual festival with profound cultural and artistic depth, increasing Hue's attractiveness on the international tourism map," affirmed the Director of the Hue Department of Tourism.
