On November 21, the People's Newspaper delegation led by Comrade Pham Van Thanh, Head of the Publishing Support Department, coordinated with representatives of the Central Press Distribution Company and the Central Press Distribution Company to work in Dak Nong province on implementing Directive No. 11 of the Politburo on actively innovating, improving orientation capacity, propaganda effectiveness, and linking with purchasing, reading, and following the Party's newspapers and magazines.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Huu Khanh, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Dak Nong province, said that from 2021 to now, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department have paid close attention to and directed the implementation of purchasing and reading Party newspapers and magazines according to Directive 11 CT/TW of the Politburo .
Specifically, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 694-CV/TU, dated December 16, 2021 on purchasing and reading Party newspapers and magazines; the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department monitors and grasps the implementation of Notice No. 173-TB/TW of the Secretariat and directives of the Provincial Party Committee with inspections of propaganda work, and directs the continued implementation of Notice No. 173 of the Secretariat annually through propaganda summary conferences.
As of October 31, 2024, Dak Nong province has 12 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, with 431 grassroots party organizations and 1,683 party cells directly under the grassroots party committees. According to statistics for the fourth quarter of 2024, out of a total of 8 districts and cities in Dak Nong province, only two localities have done quite well in purchasing and reading party newspapers and magazines, such as Dak Glong district purchased 111 party newspapers/177 grassroots party organizations, reaching 63% and Tuy Duc district purchased 140 party newspapers/168 grassroots party organizations, reaching 83%; the remaining districts and cities did not achieve, or the rate of purchasing and reading party newspapers and magazines was very low.
Typically, there are localities in Dak Nong that almost do not buy or read Party newspapers and magazines. Specifically, Dak R'Lap district bought 21 party newspapers/267 party grassroots organizations, reaching 8%; Cu Jut district only bought 23 party newspapers/280 party grassroots organizations, reaching 8% and bought 15 party magazines/280 party grassroots organizations, reaching 5%; districts: Krong No, Dak Mil and Dak Song, the rate of buying and reading Party newspapers and magazines only reached 11%...
Also at the meeting, delegates acknowledged the advantages and difficulties in the locality in distributing Party newspapers and magazines, analyzed the causes, and proposed a number of solutions to increase the number of publications; improve the effectiveness of state management of the purchase and reading of Party newspapers and magazines ; proposed that provincial leaders direct the expansion of the purchase and reading of Party newspapers and magazines following the "model" of Tuy Duc and Dak Glong districts throughout the province; encouraged the expansion of beneficiaries of Party newspapers and magazines; organized strict inspection of the allocation and use of funds for purchasing Party newspapers and magazines on the basis of ensuring the use of funds in accordance with principles and purposes.
