On the morning of September 23, at the Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien reported to the congress on personnel work.

According to the Politburo 's directive, the Party Executive Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations consists of 45 people. The Party Standing Committee consists of 15 people; 3 deputy secretaries (including 1 permanent deputy secretary and 2-3 full-time deputy secretaries). The Party Inspection Committee consists of 9-11 people, including the chairman and 2 deputy chairmen.

According to Mr. Do Van Chien, the Politburo 's directive also clearly stated that after the 14th Party Congress, the Politburo will appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

"From now until the Politburo appoints new personnel, the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, members of the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the Inspection Committee of the current Party Committee will still be responsible for leading and directing all work of the Party Committee," said Mr. Do Van Chien.

Regarding the Party delegation attending the 14th National Party Congress, Mr. Do Van Chien said that in Decision No. 2381 dated September 19, the Politburo appointed 21 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to attend the 14th National Party Congress.

Thus, the delegation of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations attending the 14th National Party Congress includes 30 official delegates, including 9 ex-officio delegates, 21 appointed delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

At the congress, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh also announced the list of 21 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates appointed according to the decision of the Politburo. The congress also voted to pass the congress resolution.

In his closing speech at the congress, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and Central organizations Do Van Chien said that after 2 days of work, the congress had completed its assigned tasks. The congress had 62 opinions, including 12 opinions in the hall and 50 opinions discussed in groups contributing to the documents submitted to the congress and contributing opinions to the draft political report of the 14th National Party Congress.

Mr. Do Van Chien emphasized that the congress respectfully listened to and seriously accepted the very important instructions of General Secretary To Lam. The profound and dedicated opinions, both strategic and specific and practical, have inspired and spread the will, aspirations and new impulses to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Party Committee, promoting the achieved results, overcoming all difficulties and obstacles to strive to better fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party and the people.

According to Mr. Do Van Chien, the congress expressed deep confidence in the Party's policies and guidelines, especially the revolution in reorganizing the political system to be streamlined, strong, effective - efficient - effective; the 2-level local government model; the model of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front , the Central mass organizations comprehensively leading the political tasks of the Fatherland Front , socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State. The congress expressed joy and great expectations for the resolutions of the newly issued Politburo.

Mr. Do Van Chien also called on all cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee to promote the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", proactively and resolutely organize the successful implementation of the Resolution of the First Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations.
