Proactive and decisive in consulting and directing work
Since the beginning of 2025, the Provincial Police have proactively and resolutely implemented the Government 's Project 06 in conjunction with administrative procedure reform (AP) and digital transformation. The directives of the Central and the province have been promptly concretized into action plans and programs that are close to local realities. At the same time, the working group implementing Project 06 at all levels has maintained regular inspections and supervision, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles at the grassroots level. Thanks to that, most of the targets and tasks have been achieved and exceeded the schedule, many contents have made a clear mark in social life.
The Provincial Police directs the local police to maintain daily tasks such as: Cleaning population data, issuing ID cards, electronic identification accounts, deploying online public services... The Population Data System is exploited, supplemented, and cleaned regularly, helping to improve the quality of administrative services. Through review, the whole province has cleaned more than 19,000 citizen information, of which nearly 500 cases of errors were promptly corrected.

The Public Security sector also actively cooperated with the Judiciary and Court sectors in digitizing marriage data, serving to reduce the number of marriage status certificates. Continuously improve service quality
In the field of administrative procedure settlement, the Public Security agencies received and processed more than 9,500 online records, with the on-time settlement rate reaching over 99%. In particular, public services related to residence registration, ID card issuance, vehicle registration, etc. are highly appreciated by the people for their transparency and speed. Along with that, the Provincial Public Security has deployed many synchronous solutions to promote online public services, such as: Organizing support points, sending officers to "go to every alley, knock on every door" to guide the installation and activation of electronic identification. To date, the whole province has over 140,000 activated level 1 and 2 electronic identification accounts, conveniently serving people when performing administrative, health, education , and banking transactions.

One of the bright spots of Tuyen Quang is the close coordination between the Provincial Police and departments, branches, sectors, and local authorities. Typical examples include connecting and sharing population data with the health and education sectors, helping students and patients use ID cards and electronic identification accounts to register for medical examination and treatment, pay tuition fees, etc. At the same time, social insurance, tax, and banking agencies have also gradually integrated data, reducing inconvenience for people.
At the grassroots level, the Commune and Ward Police play a key role in propagating and mobilizing people to join hands in implementing the targets of Project 06. Many places have organized "community digital technology teams", mobilizing union members to participate in guiding people in performing public services. Since the beginning of 2025, these teams have directly supported more than 7,000 cases of online registration and submission of documents. Along with that, the Provincial Police regularly organizes inspections and training on security skills for officers and soldiers directly performing tasks, ensuring that data is operated safely and smoothly.

Lieutenant Colonel Dang Dinh Cuong, Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Provincial Police, emphasized: The results achieved demonstrate the synchronous participation and responsibility of the entire force, as well as the effective coordination of all levels and sectors, and the support of the people. To maintain the results and continue to make breakthroughs, the unit is focusing on three steps: speeding up the progress of issuing ID cards and electronic identification; strengthening coordination with sectors in data integration and exploitation; improving the skills and sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers, taking people's satisfaction as a measure.
In the coming time, the Provincial Police will continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct Project 06 more drastically and synchronously. The focus is on popularizing electronic identification to 100% of eligible citizens, increasing the rate of using online public services, gradually replacing paper records. At the same time, deploying new applications to serve people, such as integrating data into medical examination and treatment without using insurance cards, paying tuition and fees via electronic identification.
